Liquid foods intended primarily for soft corals, gorgonians and non-photosynthetic corals.
Due to the perfect balance between phytoplankton and zooplankton, the formula provides corals with all the necessary nutrients such as proteins, fats and carbohydrates.
In order to provide the corals with a diet that meets all their nutritional needs, AF Phyto Mix contains high-quality additives of animal origin.
The formula has been enriched with the addition of shellfish, which are rich in highly absorbable protein.
Due to its excellent nutrient balance, AF Phyto Mix is also eagerly eaten by small fish such as anthias.
It can also be absorbed from the water by LPS corals.
Regular use of AF Phyto Mix guarantees healthy and intensive growth and excellent coloring of the corals.
Dosage:
- 10 drops per 100 liters of water every other day for an average coral population
- Do not dilute.
- Do not mix with other products in a container.
- After opening, store in the refrigerator.
All AF coral supplements have a recommended dosage. However, it is important to note that each aquarium is different and dosage may vary depending on the coral cast. We recommend starting dosing food and supplements from half the dose (even ¼) and observing the corals and their reactions to the foods administered. Once the aquarium shows no signs of overdose, we recommend increasing the dosage to the target dose. To facilitate food intake, SPS and LPS corals should be fed after light out. Corals such as Zoanthus, Ricordea and other mushroom corals should be fed during the day. To ensure the best nutrient absorption, all coral supplements and foods should be dispensed directly into the aquarium. During feeding, we recommend turning off the skimmer for about an hour. Once opened, store in the refrigerator. Do not tighten the screw too much or the cover may be damaged.

Here are the instructions for unpacking and acclimating Berghia snails:
- Berghia snails are specialized feeders that only eat Aiptasia sp. It is important to always have enough Aiptasia for them or to pass them on in a timely manner.
- They are less suitable for larger aquariums with many fish, but if necessary they can be placed in the evening with the lights turned off using the transfer pipette.
- Direct contact between snails and Aiptasia should be avoided as this can lead to the death of the snails. The snails must make contact with the Aiptasia themselves.
- Berghia snails are ideal for controlling Aiptasia in small aquariums with peaceful fish or in separate "treatment aquariums".
- The snails delivered are not yet fully grown and can, if necessary, be fed in a separate aquarium until they reach the desired size.
- To open the Styrofoam box, simply pull on the blue ribbon. The insulated packaging does not need to be removed from the box. Allow the temperatures to equalize for around 10 minutes by placing the unopened transport container in the aquarium.
- Carefully unscrew the white lid anti-clockwise. The transport container may be full of sea water and individual snails may be stuck to the lid. If this happens, place the lid in a small bowl of sea water from the aquarium.
- Use the transfer pipette provided to remove the snails from the container and transfer them to the aquarium. Repeat the process with all snails.
- The insulated box is recyclable and can be disposed of as recyclables or used for other purposes.
- In case of a complaint, we ask for an email on the day of arrival with a photo of the snail in the transport cup for a replacement.
